I am very torn! I keep have this feeling that people that I have been friends with for some time think they are going to be invited to the wedding next year but not sure how to tell them that they are not coming due to us not having much money and wanting a small wedding. We can only have 60 people at the venue and that is all ready filled with family! ugh!
I think your friends will understand - or at least they should! Maybe once you send out the invitations they will get the hint... you could do a posting on facebook or something saying that you have sent out the invitations and you apologize to those not invited as space is limited... and even if they cause a fuss, just remember - it's YOUR DAY!!! A real friend will understand and support you regardless ;-)
